All personalized candy wrappers and balloon bouquets cannot be restocked and resold, therefore are not refundable. In the event Pink N’ Blue Stork Company was in error, your money will be refunded or your personalized product(s) will be exchanged at no additional cost to you. We will happily refund your money or exchange your personalized items, if your order was proofed by mail or e-mail and you received the wrong items. We will issue a refund or exchange for the corrected items at no cost to you. Complete the Contact Us form as quickly as possible or call us so we can expedite your replacement order. If you do not proof your order prior to it being filled, our return and exchange policy will not apply. Pink N’ Blue Stork Company will not refund or exchange un-proofed orders. No Exceptions! Pink N’ Blue Stork Company does not keep perishable candy items in stock on site. We purchase the items as needed, therefore your candy items should never arrive stale. In the event there is a problem with your chocolate bars or bubblegum cigars, complete the Contact Us form or call us as soon as possible so we can expedite your replacement order. We allow 7 days to return stale merchandise. Should your order arrive damaged, call Pink N’ Blue Stork Company at 714-897-4051 or e-mail michele@pinknbluestorkcompany on the day you received your damaged goods.
